Oceanus 4 stage reverse osmosis Question

Ok Maybe I should have asked when I bought it. I bought this with a whole bunch of other items but no Directions. It has a Red, Green and black line. I know the red goes to the sink but what about the Green and black. Is one waste water? BTW once i figure out what i need and don't need I will be trading skimmers, filters, pumps, etc.
