We need to send out an Evite reminder... Who has the information to do that?

Evite reminder is set out automatically 2 days before the event. So, we're covered over there...

Things we need to have ready to go:

Drinks
Membership applications, cards and pens
Raffle tickets and the coffee cans
What else?

I saw them with Kris in the last meeting. Duane, are you getting the stuff from Bob?

Are there any objections to Ed's suggestion of the raffle ticket prices?

I have one roll of raffle tickets, I think Duanne has a couple other colors. I can bring coffee cans. I have a pack of membership cards, I think we need to make new forms, way too many unneeded fields on the others. I left the drinks I had from the picnic with Duanne. I am picking up Gift certificate for door prize tonight.

sorry to come into the thread so late everyone. I just go home from work.

I have:
Two colors of raffle tickets
drinks
alot of membership cards, if not all (there was a huge bundle in a bucket of drinks)
some membership forms (I agree way too much info requested, IMO simply real name, RF user name if applicable, and an E-mail would be plenty)
Ill be at the restaraunt, I have to leave a few minutes early to meet Bob to collect the club money and any other info that he has. I also need time to separate some of the money for change for memberships and raffles.

Ghazni is owed a couple hundred and I need reimbursed about 40 so far. I can pick up a couple more drinks and some ice. I dont think Ill have time to pick up name tags. They aren't a must, but they do help in meeting new people. Is anyone willing?
Am I forgetting anything?
