I just saw an adorable picture of Willis and thought it might be fun to see everyone's pets. I know there have been a few pictures here and there.... Most everyone who knows me thinks my dogs come first....

Maxi is a Papillon, a very large one. She just had a summer hair cut. She LOVES water and you can not have a hose outside if she is around. I've had more than one puncture wound from her attacking the hose while in my hand. Her dad was the same way. Maxi is 11 and diabetic. She gets a shot every morning and night but it as perky as her mean pal Tally the Tibetan Spaniel. He's three.

Here they are!

Ya dont think Tally was a little bit ticked that the blind wasn't up for him to view his domain? He surveys the street from SHilo's bed and she forgot to leave it up once, make that twice. Note the carvings in the nice NEW wood blind.

Great Thread! I will try to get a photo of each of my felines and post them later. Here are a couple of pictures of our Great Dane, Kelly, who is no longer with us (well, she's on our mantle :) ). The first is her in the back yard of our old house. She wouldn't go outside if it was raining, unless you held an umbrella over her, and she wouldn't step in the grass if it was wet...she would hang her bottom off the stepping stones to go potty. We had a coat for her in the winter because she would shiver in the cold...LOL.

The second picture is the 2 of us asleep on the couch (lol - the couch is no longer with us either - lol).

Yes, she was spoiled and at the time she was my baby. She was the best dog, even when she would push me out of the bed.

Great thread!

WHOOHOO!!!! Dog people!!!!
jesshimom: Those pics are hilarious! I never get shots of my pups when they are being silly..

Niki: What a georgous girl!

Jeff: Nema is the coolest bully! How is she doing in this heat?

Here are mine. Faith & Alex are sibling mutts from eastern WA. They were found on a reservation covered in ticks and severely malnourished at only 7 weeks :( They are extremely smart and loving lil twerps :)

Samson is our latest adoption! He is a Rodesian, possible Mastiff mix.

I guess I should add that we have 5 cavies named Princess, Pugy, Bandy, Hulk, and Squeaker (Guinea pigs), 2 budgies named Forest and Storm (Parakeets), 2 Gerbils named Taz, and Captain, and a Beta named Yin :)

My maltipoo named Sandy. I also have a Dalmation that is 14 years old. I'll hunt down a pic of her. The vet says she is the oldest Dalmation he has treated.

Great pics everyone. This is Cheyenne and Cherokee

Nema is fairing ok she does get the occasional shallow bath to cool her down but in general she is great

all i can say is i must love my dog, he just cost $900 in vet bills. i wish i could claim him as a dependant and use my blue cross card!

he got lymes and another tick desease and i use frontline faithfully. the vet said they work but it only takes one bite by an infected tick. even with frontline ticks can still bite, they wont attach for long but can still bite...GRRRRRRR

Here are my felines....

The first one is our old man Schumacher, named after the Formula 1 driver Michael Schumacher. We picked him up from a Humane Society back in 1994. He is huge! The cool thing about him is his fur is stark white when you part it. Only the top half is black....it looks really neat when he stretches out.

The second one is Emily. She was found in an engine of a car at an office complex. The person I took her from thought she was a boy, so I was going to name her Mika (after F1 driver Mika Hakkenien), but a quick glance, and I knew she was a girl. :)

Oh, and yes....they do enjoy laying in the bathroom. Schu is in the sink and Emily is in the bath tub.

Charlie that reminds me of Sunday afternoon except there is no remote in his hand. :) Gotta have the remote to switch the PIP from Nascar to Football or Baseball.
