I noticed this morning that the copper pipes in my garage had a good deal of condensation on them which lead to a good size puddle of water on the garage floor.
I dried everything off to check for leaks and nothing. I also checked behind the wall on the crawl space side for leaks, and again nothing, everything dry there. However, after 2-3 hrs, I went back to check and the pipes were wet with condensation again.
My question is what is causing this AND is this something I should be worried about. These pipes are where my water runs and is theh input for my RO/DI. I turned off the value to the RO/DI all day and condensation is still occuring.
I am assuming I should insulation them with the black foam??
