i would like someone that knows how to take clear and clean pictures to come over to my house and take some pictures of my 360 gallon walk around tank and my 160 gallon anemone tank. i take bad pictures. they dont turn out right. all i want is some nice pictures to post on my threads so people can enjoy my tanks here on reef frontiers. i do have a nikon d5100 camera. i think i messed up all the settings. please help me. let me know. thanks chad

I could probably work something out for you in the future. I'm busy over the next couple weekends.

Any pictures you add, good or not so good would be great! I'm sure we could see through your lack of mad skills :) I take pics using my iPhone. Haven't had anyone say yuck yet! Lol

that would work. im in not hurry. i just want some quality pictures. i have seen your pictures and i know you take sweet pictures. i hate for you to have to drive here. you live a long ways away. while your down here you can go to barrier reef and oceans by design.

i have not had anyone say that yet about my pictures. people say that my pictures do not do my tank justice. i have been told the new i phone 6 that is coming out in like 6 months or so is going to have a better camera. so i might finally buy a i phone. we will see. i phone or more coral and fish

hey dtech07 said he will come take some pictures. i know how far away you live. your more then welcome to come over any time. if your going to barrier reef or something. im about 30 minutes south from there. maybe we should have a picture contrest. who can take the best pictures of my tank. lol. or i should just learn how to use my camera. hehehe

i wish cell phones would let you play with white balance. my sony and my previous motorola never gave access to that.

gonna have to give my roomies DSLR..its a nikon d3500 or something like that..ive got a decent canon -an elan IIe- , but its film (film?! who uses film anymore!)

android? that would be great. all too often im in a petstore and wanna send a decent shot of somehting to the roommate to see if she wants it, but if the pic is all blue it doesnt help much.

Have you tried to just put the camera on auto and see how that turns out. With a D5100, auto might give you some pretty decent shots. good enough to share and not be embarrassed by them. At least until you learn a little more about the camera.
