Premium user questions

Me and Chuck were thinking about offering some extra's the the members so i thought I would throw it out and see if anyone would be interested.
We thought of continuing the contributing member plan but also thought about offering something like a premium member plan. Let me know if thier is any interest. thanks

Premium member you would get:
>A Reef Frontiers email address with 5 megs of space
>Your picture Library would be bumped up to 5 megs
>we would host your website (20megs of space)
>and a premium member title name
we figure we could do this for $ 10.00 per Month

Yeah it sounds great, I'd rather donate to this place than alot of other things. I really think the idea of hosting the personal website is an interesting one. Sure, just give us more to talk about over in Richland.

Most people have their own e-mail, so personally that wouldn't be a biggie to me. The extra picture space tho, I think is important. Take for instance Nikki's thread on her 120. If provided a bunch of space, someone new to the hobby would have a pictorial reference to see what has happened with other p[eople's tanks at about the same time period. I know that I had to delete pics of my tank in it's earlier stages to make room for later progression pics. I don't know how anyone else feels! I do know that the response to her thread has been great! JMHO

Would RF supply the software to build the website? How would that work? Or what software is needed?

Scott I am not sure, thier are alot of sharewear programs out thier for building websites. I will have to talk to chuck to see if he has a better answer for that.

I think it can be a nice idea for some who can't afford to spend big bucks on these services. Maybe get a list of people willing to do so & see if it is worth it, you get enough I'd say go for it. If not no harm, maybe later it may be more feasible when your membership grows

Sounds like a great idea, and one I might take advantage of in the future. Unfortunately at the moment $$ is just too tight! But if the system was already set up, it would be a great perc to work toward.
