Dang-I am interested. That looks like a great addition to my tank. How much? Please save me a piece.

Orange Bar Wrasse

Anyone interested in this guy? It is currently swimming in my sump. If I can catch it on Saturday I could bring it to the frag swap. It needs a good home. It took a ride down the plumbing and will just let it go to a good home from there.

I wish I lived closer to Seattle I just can't beleive the awesome trades and sales going on up there. You guys have definitely got it going on!

As far as crowd control goes you may need it. Sounds like Frag-a-palooza is about to kick off!!!

looking to buy

Hi all, I will be at the event and just purchased some more lighting for my tank. I will be going from 64 watts of Power compant to 174 (two new 55 watt) and some new fans for my 45 gallon hex. The only thing I have is a bunch of aragonite substrate if anyone wants it. I believe I have about 50 lbs.

Well, I got a lot interest for the ricordea, and I didn't even provide a good description or pictures. My camera's not feeling well, and I was unable to find the camera locally that I was planning to buy (Canon S1 IS), so I still don't have pictures.
I didn't hear any interest in the other things, though. SPS really seems to be where the interest is in this hobby these days.

psa,

you'd be suprised at what people are looking for. I am always looking for ricordia and nice colored zoos, and I know several others that are the same. I think the predominance of SPS in the frag swap is driven by the cost of buying SPS vs. trading. Softies are not near as expensive to buy, grow, and frag as SPS tend to be.

If you bring it, they will trade....or something like that. :)

I am going to try to make the frag swap this time since it is so close to my house. As some of you know, I have been trying to get to a meeting for some time, but have had a lot of family bad luck this year. I think what you all are doing is a great way to promote the hobby.
I don't have anything to trade at this time, my tank overheated this summer (4 days before we installed A/C :( ) Is a small amount of cash okay to trade with?
I have a 29 gallon reef with a Blueline 175w 10,000K metal halide right now. (I am looking to grow into a large 54 or 90 gallon corner tank eventually). I am looking for easy to grow frags of staghorn or soft corals. I may be interested in a nice large piece of live rock to fit into my 29 tank. I am thinking of trading in my current live rock to someone with a few tangs since all of my rock is heavily "forested" with caulaerpa now.
I am also interested in a calcium reactor if anyone can give me suggestions on what to build or buy.
Looking forward to Saturday :)

Bob

Looking for blue striped mushrooms & more

Looks like I might actually make it to my first meeting. At the top of my wish list is some blue striped mushrooms. Would also be interested in any other mushrooms - especially green striped or blues or reds. Also would like some orange or red zoos/buttons. And just about any other kind of soft coral would interest me. Unless you want some xenia, I am going to have to trade with cash :) Beth.

is anyone driving from the Skagit valley(Mt Vernon Area) or through the valley that can transpot frags to the meeting i may not be able to make iT
