Purple Feather Gorgonia??

I never see these things.. What gives? I think they are pretty. Are they hard to keep or something?

as1720 - are you talking about Muriceopsis flavida? If so, they are a photosynthetic gorgonian, so feeding of these isn't as demanding as other non-photosynthetic species of gorgonians. From what I could find, it seems like they do well with occasional feedings. Also, watch where they are placed in the system, as they can be aggressive towards other corals.
