Recommended...Water Flow for 24G Aquapod...HELP!!

Hello ALL....and Happy Holidays!
I bought a 24G Aquapod several months ago and its fully cycle. I took off the standard hood it came with and mounted a 20" Current Sunpod 150W HQI replaced the standard return pump with a MJ1200. For the Skimmer I have a Tunze DOC 9002 in the secound chamber.
Currently, I have zoos, duncans, RBTA, 2 Maroon, some softies, acans and a few sps.
I feel I'm lacking water flow, which is essential for these living creatures to live and grow.

Question: what should be the recommended flow for this tank? What additional powerhead should I buy for this tank?

Thank you

I'm not a good one to talk too much, but I have an aquapod 24 that I have not kept up very well due to my terrible schedule these days. However I have found that a Tunze Nano Stream is a great product for enhancing the flow in the aquapod 24.

i agree with Chuck (mtndewman) tunze nanos are awesome but a little pricey, you can either put 2 of those in your tank or if i was you i'd put 2 1200 mjs :p.

I agree with the Tunze nano streams. When I had my 24gal Aquapod up and running, I ran a maxijet 1200 for the return and used 2 other maxijet 1200's along with a nano stream for the flow. Was quite enough for the tank. :)
