I like the idea of using those for my fuge.. How much are they and how did you do the sockets, feel free to pm me encase it turns into a thread jack.

Now worries, I got the bulbs from ebay. They are around 3-5$ shipped. I wouldnt pay more then 5$ for them
just search

gu10 led cool whites
gu10 led blues
and for sockets
gu10 sockets :spy:

The power supply I used for then,was just a normal house hold extension cord.
YOu wire them parallel,just burn the plastic casing off,wrap it,then tape it.

The worse was when I finnaly got it all plumbed and ready to go. I cracked it again lol. I was ready to toss the dam tank and give up. I am glad I didnt give up also =)

This tank looks AMAZING!!! You could get some semi-aquatic crabs... I like this guys, but I LOVE yours. The whole mini-reef looks fantastic. His volcano is too big imo. The Volcano Tank - Konolua - Reef Central Online Community

Lined shore crab. Dang now have to find a online store that sells them. I read thorugh his thread. He said he caught then at the local shore.Lucky him
