Yeah,I did upgrade. I wanted to diy a led system. So I sold the ecoxotic leds and I'm very happy with it =)

YIkess! I calibrated my refractometer. Which I haven't done for a long time. Salinty was at 30 ppt 1.020. I'm suprised nothing has been going down.

With these aquastyle leds my corals have been growing really good. Green birdsnest is almost reaching out of the water. Time to frag,

Been almost a full month since last post
updates

Added another led kit from aquastyle to get full coverage

My green sunset monti bleached due to high light =( I've had it for so long.

Put frag rack in fuge skimmer area, using 3x1 watt gu10 leds to light then up. working great

Added a leather coral (thanks to fallon) its doing great. My first leather in a sps dominated tank

mangroves groves doing great. They are starting to lignify (become woody)

I think thats it, everything has been doing great growing like crazy.

All fish and inverts happy,

congratulations on tank of the month! quick question for you on the light you are using for the fuge. I see you are using gu10 warm white bulbs, what fixture did you buy for those light bulbs. really like how it looks in your stand and wanted to get the same. Congrats again.

I just ordered gu10 sockets, wired them paralell to a normal house hold extension cord, then screwed the sockets to a piece of 2x2
