I tried the pouch air evac with my hands but it didn't work , the gas is on the upper stomache, " chest area" ?? Its lying flat on the water surface with an obvious bouyancy and locomation problem.
Chanis - I'm sorry you are having this problem. I know how frustrating it can be. I don't have the answers for you, but there are people at http://www.seahorse.org that can help you.
Jiddy - just for you. The first 3 are some of my full size seahorses. In order, a tigertail (H. comes), a barb (H. barbouri), and a young reidi (H. reidi). The last two are some of my dwarfs (H. zosterae) - the smaller ones were born on 12/15 and no, they aren't crowded, they have lots of room but prefer to bunch together.
Wow, so amazing! The barbs and tigertails look so cool! Good thing I am downsizing or I would be pounding on your door right now for the dwarfs. Been wanting them for years I think they would go great in the fishroom with the killies.
