No worries about the new hold policy. I can see that the process might become overwhelming when business is brisk.

Do you still plan to do the thing described earlier in this thread, for the future shipments of new ORA corals? If not, and the new policy supercedes, that's okay.

Yep...much more like a cyphastrea. The little rings glow when they are open. Its a cool coral.

Well I bought this really cool picasso clown today! :lol: Jk Gabbs. It's still there.
And a nice ORA clam and 2 lyretail anthias. Nice stuff they have in right now.

Just wanted to reiterate that nobody did anything wrong with this hold situation. We did not update our policy because of any one person. It was just a matter of being overwhelmed with requests and then being unable to sell items to walk-in customers and manage all the hold messages. If any of you feel singled out, I apologize as that was not my intention.

Just wanted to say thanks for the healthy fish and clam. The two anthias are doing fantastic. They are out and about and eating. Thanks to Chris for having patience in getting them out of the rock.
