ATTENTION!!

Anyone that lives near Woodfield shopping mall in Illinois, and would like to get a lot of Xenia for close to nothing please reply or PM me. I have a ****load of Silver Branch Xenia that is causing extreme Havoc on my tank right now. Its just growing so damn fast!! I am willing to sell it off for close to nothing i'm talking like a dollar a colony (larger colonies will go for $3)! My LFS sells it for $15-$25 a colony! I need to get rid of this stuff and my LFS won't take it and give me any credit. So if you have been wanting to buy Xenia but feel your being over charged at the Fish Store please let me know. I don't know how to really go about shipping corals so if you want to tell me how to do it and would like to take the risk please let me know and we can work something out. I hate to kill coral but if i can't get anyone to take these things i'm gonna have no other choice. No fish stores that i talk to want them. I can't even donate them. I tried to Register on Reef Central and get the word out but for some reason i am not aloud to post over there????? I was thinking about Ebay but that seems like it could be a real P.I.T.A. but i don't know.

Please, please, please jump on this offer! I am only going to wait till the end of April. After that i don't know what i'm gonna do i guess i could see if the Shedd Aquarium will take them but i doubt it!

PM or Reply ASAP so i can start getting rid of these things.

Also just to let you know i started my xenias tih one small stalk and now 60% of my Live rock is inhabited with Xenia!!! This stuff is very aquacultured.

Thanks for reading,

Nick

I would be interested in some of this as well. I could probably come by this weekend for pickup if you still have any to sell.

Sorry RR,

I got rid of all of mye xenia when my tank overheated. I am trying to get it going again in my new tank but no such luck. I will PM you if get any going.

For shipping I have found that those little heater packs (you can buy at lfs or somewhere, ebay?) AND THEN PUT THE XENIA IN BAG FILL REST WITH AIR,BETTER GET CAPS LOCK OFf. Then you can put batting and overnight, one day ship it.
