Can you make a section that highlights the picnic and all the companies that have sponsored it so far? I will ask Mario if he has any donations from his supplier (which is what he was saying originally) so they ccan get on there too!
 
Alright, I will have some time tonight to work on this...

Could I get a list of the sponsors I need to put up there?

I know you asked for a list of Picnic Sponsors; I do think they are all on the evite; with the exception of Port Coral and Maggie's Aquarium Supply.

I know you asked for a layout; but whatever is easiest for you as I know you are busy.

We need the sponsors on there, and whatever else you and Mark have worked out.

Any questions? Let us know!

It would be extremely helpful if we could start a thread, and have exactly what you want the page to say on it. Like :

Main page:

left:
-Schedule
-contacts
-membership information

center:
- meeting information
- mission statement
- reeffrontiers

then also,

have it say what would like to be said on each

mission statement = "Our club is committed to the preservation of the world's reefs while at the same time maintaining a sustainable hobby. We feel that this is possible through the education of our members on animal husbandry, as well as strongly encouraging coral propagation and aqua culturing of reef animals in the home. This hobby/passion has progressed to the point where, amazingly enough, many of our members have tanks that are literally filled with corals that have never been in the ocean. All were "farmed" by aqua culture facilities, or in most cases propagated by fellow hobbyists in the area."

I hate to cause a pain with it, but it would be greatly appreciated, and make things much easier for me to do.
 
I'd like to get the site in an outline form. I do it with every site before I start, otherwise it's impossible. If you guys could put how you would like it, the different pages, and set it up like above, it would be excellent.

I haven't had the time to type it all up. Can you just leave it like it is for now; but just add on the front page, all the picnic sponsors, which are listed on the evite and on the picnic thread?

If you had time, buttons for the officers and stuff would save room on the front so some pictures could be added. I know you and Mark have talked about pictures to be added.
 
Me and you both.. time is so limited these days. Adding sponsors page, and updating the BOD buttons on the left tonight. If you could supply the coming meeting, I'll get it up ASAP.

I got the calendar posted so that's all the info there is. You can just put a hint of what is coming for the months we dont have all the details ironed out or as I always say... whatever you think is best... :)

Hey Josh; great! You can remove Foster and Smith; they said they would donate a gift cert but it never arrived.

I like the seperation of the picnic and regular sponsors.

As to Shauna I need to talk with her; she is not available for the coming meeting not sure how that is going to work....
 
I added koraltek as a sponsor and a picnic sponsor. I added barrier reef aquariums as a sponsor.

Think that's all?
