this is the time where I start scrambling for stuff:

1. BCC booked and confirmed
2. Jake's flight is confirmed
3. He will get his own rental car and we will reimburse him once we're here..

a. Did we get prize door?
b. Are BOD meeting before the meeting?
c. Who has coffee cans for the raffle? Raffle Tickets? Name tages
d. We also few need more posters (people wanted to take them).
e. Are we going to Red Robin or somewhere afterwards with Jake
f. Is Ed coming ?

Let's start getting together for this coming Saturday...

I am picking up door prize this week.
I have coffee cans for tickets.
I have name tags and pens.
I have tickets.
I have membership forms.

Do we have raffle items? I have some Jungle Brand Food with dewormer, I ended up buying a big container of this and it is much more than I will use in my lifetime, so I was thinking to bag up some portions and add them to a raffle at some point, but it is not worth a lot so I do not think they should be the only thing in the raffle.

Since I am going to the BR sale in the morning, I really will not have time for a BOD meeting before the general membership meeting.

I will be there unless there is bad weather over pass.
I would love to go to Red Robin before meeting.

I dont think a BOD meeting is necessary. Not much has happened in the last month.
Did we as a whole, decide to have more posters made up? Im more than willing, but think we should decide whether or not they are for sale or free. It cost $3 each to make them.


Ghazni, are you checking the BOD forums on the new PSAS site. There is a question for you there that has been unanswered for a week.

I can see why we didnt move this thread but would like to suggest that we do ALL of our BOD business over there form now on. That is the reason Vicki spent so much time creating it after all.

I agree I think we should take the club business to our own forum. I do not check this thread as often as I used to.

Agreeed, but remember we gave away one poster to someone who was aking for it to put it at his work and we decided to give that to him and make it another one.
