sps dying

please i need some help,i have some sps about 1 month and i noted today that some of that is turning white on some spots , i don`t know what is going on in my tank is possible that is lighting??or phophates??i think that i`m not running my phophate removing chamber about 2 weeks
some of my set up and status is
lighting= 2x 10000k reeflux(coralvue brand)175w
diy calcium reactor with arm media
4 power h. with natural wave.
ph 8.3
calcium 500ppm
nitrate 0
nitrite 0
amo 0
alk 13
please any suggestions that you can give me is really apprecite

So is the tissue of the coral coming off? if so is that starting from the top or bottom? Is the coral turning white but not loosing its tissue? Is their white spots forming on the corals tissue but the tissue is still in place??

sumtimes that happens when the bottom part can not get any light now if these are frags are they real close to each other because they will fight or maybe aneomes hitting them just a couple of ideas :)

Then it is most likely as chris says. as the coral grows some branches shade other branches also some of the bottoms of the lower branches dont see the light anymore. This causes the zoox and pigments to migrate to other areas on the coral that is still recieving light.
