Noticed this as a new game last night and while poking through the additional content you could purchase I decided to download it. If you are a fan of Tetris...why not? You play Tetris in either a Freshwater or Saltwater aquarium. Unlocking achievements allows you to unlock the ability to add more fish to your tank. On the saltwater setting you start out with Clown fish. I paid the extra and downloaded the Triggerfish Pack, Tang Pack, Angel Pack, and Butterfly Pack.
Only got to play it for about 10 minutes last night but well worth the $10 for the game and content.
