Just thought I would pat OBD on the back for hosting the PSAS meeting this past weekend.

YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

Nothing like standing behind and supporting your local reefing club!!!

BTW How did it go???
I wasnt able to be there. Havent heard or seen any results.

The meeting was good. Lorrie did a great job explaining DIY food making and then Matt did a bit of frag saw explaining and let some of the members cut and glue. OBD had some real nice pieces in the store and plenty of fish to chose from too. I got a screaming deal on a gold torch that is very happy in its new home.

Wait a minute here.
Didnt you just spend 5-6 hours removing corals from your DT???

Oh now I get it... All of a sudden you have plenty of room to place new goodies. I guess planning and Timing are key here.

Thanks for the update on how the meeting went.
I was surprised to not see anything posted about the event.
I am sure you and Lorie wernt the only ones there.

yes thank you guys. the store looks great. no more pest. great price on coral. i got 3 utra mini maxi anemones. $30 each. all three have super bright colors. i have 12 of them total and the 3 i got there are my best ones. keep them coming in. you know me. i will buy them.

It was a nice turnout. We picked up the lights that OBD had ordered for us and wifee went fish shopping! Prices were excellent and the member discount didn't hurt either! I got the opportunity for some one-on-one assistance re: our 180 start-up while the hands-on fragging clinic commenced behind us.

I'm really glad we made the 1.5hr trip down! We rolled in a bit late so I may have missed introductions but it was nice to see familiar faces again since I seem to miss most of these meets due to work schedule.

It was a lot of fun although i had to leave early, needed to pick up the wife. I got a couple of $5.00 frags and I hpoe they grow out nice. It was good to see everyone and touch base again. Lorrie did a nice job and I only got to see Matt cut one coral, grab my frags and leave. No donuts though, I don't know what was up with that, like I needed any. Great time and thanks OBD for your generosity.
