The Light show begins tonight at 8pm

Thanks to Floyd, I now have actinic LEDs..

You should see the different colors in the tank..Wow Amazing doesn't describe it.

Hopefully this will be apparent on the WebCam. My MH lights should be off around 8pm, leaving just the actinic LEDs...I am now extending the hours to 8:30-8:45pm PST.

I'm wondering if maybe the webcam is compensating for the low light and it isn't showing up as actinic?????

Definitely a dramatic change!! If the camera gives you the option, you may want to adjust the white balance, for the new lighting.

I moved the camera over to the left to see the left side of the tank..
hmm, doesn't look as impressive on the webcam as in person...darnnit

I do have Frequency setting on the camera either 50mhz or 60mhz (default)..I changed it and didnt see a different.

Michael, I have a Brightness, Contrast, and Saturation setting..Will any of these help???

damn it I missed it. Guess I will have to check it out tomorrow. You will have to show off the reds and greens too. Just make sure that you give the disclaimer that any and all seizures that may occur because of the lighting effects is not the fault of the tank owner. Whew I needed a tylenol after about 5 minutes of that.
