Spec II Drilled with dual 3/4" bulkheads. Water volume is approximately 2 gallons total. Tank runs into my 40 gallon breeder's sump.

Eheim 1048 return
Par38 LED Wholesalers bulb 12w fully dimmable, both colors individually.
ActiveAqua pump extra circulation 43gph

Seaflor Special Grade

SPS:

Pink Pocillipora
Ora Joe the Coral
Bonsai
Ora Red Planet
Orange Digitata Montipora
two other unknown acroporas, 1 Milli.

LPS:

Hellboy Favia
Red Acan

Softies:

Ricordea Florida

Fish:

Red Eviota Goby
Neon Blue Goby

Inverts:

Dwarf Ceriths

IMO That is the best way to run a pico. Having a much much larger sump will keep the system manageable.

Canon T1i on manual 1/20, f7.1, ISO100, AWB and just correct color via the windows image editor. Colors are pretty dead on but without correction they looked a bit purple.
 
How is that bulb working out for you? I am thinking of doing some diy cree leds for a future 7.5gal (12x12x12)cube build. The bulb you are using though looks like a really good alternate. Let me know what you think of it so far!
