Tis the season for....Scribbled angels.....

New additions to the tank that are in QT for 2wks: Scribbled angel and golden butterfly...Coming next Tuesday is another golden butterfly and red mandarin (bonded pair)... All fish from DiversDen....

Here is a video of the scribbled angel and golden BF, day two so still shy, the golden is the bolded of the two and is eating...the scribbled is picking, but hopefully will eat as well as the golden by sunday..

Those guys are looking great! I think I saw them on DD.

How are the blue lined and flame angels doing? You are giving me angel fever! I'm getting my 500g going finally so it's time to start thinking about some reef safe-ish angels for me too

Rea, blue line and flame are doing great..both are eating well and can be seen by using my webcam under my signature ..scribbled is still in qt, is shy and needs to eat more. It is housed with a pair of golden butterflies and a bonded pair of red mandarins..all from DD...the key to keeping any large angel is to feed them frequently in small portions and purchase them as an adult that is no bigger than 4 inches..it curbs aggression..my biggest angel is the blueface..a good 5 inches but doesn't bother anyone..I feed 3-4 times a day and so far (knock on wood), all my LPS is doing fine......I'm considering getting a third golden butterfly...I would like to get a personifier angel but hasn't come up yet..if you find yourself up North you are welcome to stop by to see my angel heaven.

I've had the best success with juvies, as far as getting them to eat goes. The Personifers are beautiful. Are you looking for a male, female, or either? I saw those mandarins in DD too! I need to stop looking, I swear it is an addiction. I scored a Quoyi parrotfish the other day that I'm stoked about.
