Hello all, thought I would post a little log about my experience with the treatment for these little things...
Unfortunatly, I was unable to catch my cleaner shrimp so the process started with him in there.
I plugged the skimmer venturi and kept it running
12:45... Treatment started,no noticeable stress to fish or cleaner shrimp.
1:45...No noticeable change with red bugs,Fish and coral look well with no sliming.Cleaner shrimp looks well so far, pods still moving.
2:45...Some dead bugs others look lethargic,Fish look well and eating and no sliming of the corals. Cleaner shrimp looks ok and still have a thriving pod population.
3:45... No noticeable red bug movement,no slime on corals. Fish seem unstressed and ate well,Cleaner shrimp still looks the same as does the pod population. I have carbon and water ready for upcoming water change.
Three hours to go.
