You'll have to be a bit more specific. Are you asking about Public Aquariums? NO

Hobbyists in the Tri-Cities area?, yes, there's a few, even a club in that area. Get in touch with Ed Hahn about the Tri-Cities club. There's also a large Marine Trade Show, held in Tri-Cities, every 2 years, this summer being one of them.

Aquariums for sale? There's one or 2 LFS in the area, though I'm unfamiliar with any of them.

However, if you're looking for a Tricycle Aquarium, can't help you...lol.
