Tunze ato problem.

I just added a ato to my tank and have a 7 gallon jug on side with RO. Came home today and saw it filled too much RO in my sump. The tunze warning sound came on but water was still running? Could my return line be too low causing run off without pump? Any suggestions?

Yes, your output tube is too low and is syphoning the water into your sump. The output needs to be higher than the water level in your RO container.

I also found with my Tunze is laying the pump side ways at the bottom of my RO drum and lowering my feed line stopped the over flowing issue.

Thanks DTECH007. I raised my return all the way up to my tank. Hopefully that will stop the flow until pump kicks on.
