U-district Power Out?

Hi,
Is anyone near the U-District that might have some battery powered pumps that Ilham (Elmo18) can borrow? His power is out and fish are struggling...

He's also wondering if anyone near him also has their power out or knows what's going on.

Saw on the news the power was out in the Ravenna area.
75th to 55th, 8th to Lake Washington.

If I heard right on the news, it was out last night, so its been a while now. I wish I had some extra stuff, I would drive up there to give it to him, but dont have anything. I'm screwed if the power goes out for a long time.

I barely escaped that one it loks like. Im two houses down from 55th. This is the second time the power has gone out in the area in a month. I thought cities were supposed to have reliable power.

Well, the power is back on, but sadly there was one pretty significant loss... These things are pretty hard to prepare for especially when they happen in the middle of the night.

That's a great idea Randy. He was pretty frantically looking for phone numbers this morning, but without a computer it can be tricky.

He lost a beautiful onyx clown So now he's beating himself up for going to bed before 2:38 a.m. (when the power went out...)

I'm sure he'll chime in when he gets a chance.

Oh no! not an Onyx!

I know the Idea has been tossed around before. But to realy be fair the list would have to only be available to those that are willing to be on it. If your not willing to get a phone call at 2:38am for help, then you shouldn't take part.

I wish I knew earlier, I have a Generator he could of used.

Yeah, ditto here. Usually my generator is just sitting around. However, we usually leave the phone off at night.

I did lose a nice Onyx clownfish, but it is replaceable, although I feel bad knowing that I could of at least have had some battery air pumps or something.

The rest of the crew are doing fine, and still 'getting it on' every couple of weeks.....

Drop a line if anyone is looking for some CB/TR clownfishes.
