The issues are all related to the MP20 right? I have an MP40 and it seems to work fine. Does customer service work after a year for replacing defective product? Mine will be a year old next month. I always use mine on the pulse mode (blue light).
Both the 20 and 40. It has nothing to do with the dry side. It is the WS that are defective. If you had problems before the 1 year mark than they would take care of you after the warranty is up too. One of mines is 2 years old and they still replaced it. I'm sure if something was to happen they would take care of you though.
