What is your average water temp in your reef ?

I try to maintain a range of 76-80 but I don't have a chiller and on hot days it's a little difficult.

Our A/C still comes on in the middle of the night, because the low is 85. Ugh!

I was originally from Fresno, Ca. Deep in the heart of the San Juaquin valley. Two months of 100+ temps....had to get out. Not to mention the air quality...I knew there were mountains, but could never see them.

It is funny...up here it gets to 85 or so and people think it is "hot". A few days of 90 or so and they are dying. I, think it is a great....A few hot days mixed into the lovely rain!

Uuuuughhh, it has reached 84 at the end of a light cycle. I am going to turn off 1 poerhead and see if that helps get through the summer.

I started to put in an icepack in the morning. Should help a little and only change the temp slowly if at all
