Weird Worm ID Please

Found this laying on the bottom of my frag tank!!
Good ?? Bad??
It is about 1 1/2'' long contracted. And extends 3'' or more.

i've never had one that i've seen in my tank, but all the info i've ever read on them says they're a good hitchhiker.

Definitely a Peanut Worm. Completely harmless. That large portion is usually never seen. They burrow into live rock, stretching out to feed. They're actually really cool to watch as they're feeding.
