Among clown fish species which are considered somewhat more peaceful and less aggressive?

Tank raised,or true perc's are the least aggressive,in m opinion.With any fish there are always gonna be that bad egg or chance of. this one is that bad egg i'm speaking of.It has actually drawn blood on two occasion's,not to mention scares the you know what out of me regularly.

Heheh.. I had a pair of fire clowns that would draw blood every time I went into the tank. They would go through 3 layes of fish bags to get to me.

IME, the least aggressive would be skunks, then percs or ocellaris

Anemonefishes are Damselfishes. So, you don't get too far from the 'Damsel attitude' with any Anemonefish. Still some of the lesser assertive Anemonefishes are the lesser colorful. West is correct in that the Skunk (A. perideraion) falls into the less assertive category.

Toby, is that really a percula? Looks wierd...

x3 on the Skunks. My dad had one, model citizen by every definition. Oddly enough, he added a Cinnamon clown after another tank break down and they paired together. He jumped though so be sure you have a decent lid on there.

No i think the common name for that devil is saddle back,but here's a couple true perc's
