i have been a way for a couple of days, and i didnt turn on the a/c, anyway the house got 85 for a few days, also the water temp was the same... today during cleaning i noticed that my lr have got this orange color to them the ones closer to the top,,did i cook everything,or what...
 
YOu came close: it will probably recover, but will take several days for the rock to cool off. Keep the place cool and use fans in the sump.
 
Yep, you should be fine. Just bring the temp down slow. 85 tends to be the upper limit where you start to see bleaching in corals.

You can float frozen water bottles, use large fans (just remember with the fans you are removing FRESHWATER, so watch the salinity), you can even use cooler water in a water change. Just make the changes slowly
