I primarily feed frozen formula 1 and 2 in a ratio of about 4 or 5 to 1.

I throw in few frozen enriched mysids every couple days and rarely some enriched frozen brine.

Once a weeks or so I will feed a few live (gutloaded) brine.
 
i can't believe i miss this :p.
I feed frozen formula 1 everyday and cyclopeeze with some mysys every other day.
 
my clown is a pig, yesterday i was feeding fourmula 2 reef flake, and he got a huge peace about the size of a quarter, he snaged it and ran away.

swiming across the tank slowly with this big peace of flake draging out his mouth
