what fish are safe with a Condlactis anemone

What fish are safe with a Condlactis anemone. I currently have a clarkii clownfish in the tank with him and I had to move my keyhole angel out of the tank... I think he got stung. Its a 38gal setup..and now has only one fish.

I have a true perc clownfish in my other tank but am afraid that the two clowns if put together will fight. I would like to add ONE fish that is anemone safe. I am also thinking of adding some mushrooms or polyps in the near future so it needs to be safe for that as well

BTW the clarkii seems to have no interest in the anemone. How long does it take for them to show interest in each other? I know that there is a good chance they may never be interested in each other.

Condilactus is not a hosting species, because there are no clowns in the Caribbean/Atlantic where condilactus comes from. Not many clowns will accept them as a host, and if they do, there is a possibility that the condi will make a meal out of the clown

Actually I got up this morning and the clarkii was playing in the anemone... he was bouncing up and down and wiggling around on him like a 3 yr old on a new bed.

The anemone wasnt stinging him cause I saw what happens when you get stung... btw the keyhole angel is fine.... he is eating and swimming normally and there is no sign of the twitching left from last nights sting.

I still wonder what else is safe to put in the tank... I would hate to get something that wasnt compatable.

Most small ornamental marine fishes don't have the mucous coating and physiology to protect themselves from the anemone. There are some fishes that would avoid the anemone, but in a 'mad dash' or panic could still run into the anemone.
