so i took m clam off the rock by smashing the rock it was on. and put the clam with the attached rock on the sand bed...(better viewing for me..LOL)

so i wake up today and its gone.

the rock is still there but the clam is MIA. what!?!?

so i look everywhere and nada.

i think im going to look some more when lights turn on.

but still i dont want to take apart rock OMG! this is sad. i've heard of ppl losing small frags but isnt losing a clam too much?!??! :lol:

so yes i found it.

it was on top of a rock that is supporting my cave thing. soo the clam must have grown fins and swam up there.

I just found another one wedged in between a rock this morning - another one of Dang's. Going on a recon mission myself in about t minus 30 minutos.
Man - I don't want to loose those. That's 3 dang frags lost in the last week (granulosa, solomon, and now this cool green and blue thingy) - thos things aren't cheap ya know

LOL! Before you said you found it I was thinking you smashed the rock and not thinking, threw a piece of the smashed rock in your tank for the clam and threw away the clam Glad you found it...Never new they swam though(LOL)

yup...my lil baby clamer sure does "propel itself" it goes on exploration missions around the new tank...

well i found it and put it on another rock and hopefully due to less flow in that area, it will attach and stay that way. now that its on the sand bed, i can phyto it up easier.
