my recipe for steak is simple, but good!

season salt, garlic salt, and pepper.

Very lightly with both of the salts i cover the steaks and then i add pepper. Then i flip and repeat.

Its so simple but tastes good on steak, pork, chicken and vegetables. Especially Asparagus!
 
Charlie's recipe for steak:
3-4 juicy toip sirloin steaks
Sprinkle lightly with Greek seasoning.
Lite BBQ
Drink 2-3 Kokanee beers
cook steak, and drink another 2-3 kokanee beers.
Pretty Freaking simple.

One rule:
Keep the cook sauteed and dinner turns out better.
 
Does anyone have some "different" fish recipes?? Thats what I can eat right now. but can get boring fast. My favorite is salmon. I had rainbow trout at O'Charlies the other day and it was cajon.......:p :p
 
I usually do fish with blackened seasoning on it. My favoriate is yellowfin tuna.

I love fish with lemon Butter its really good with that. As a matter of fact anything is good with lemon butter.

How about chicken?

I know that if you marinate chicken breasts in italian dressing it tastes awesome!!!
 
Done that before....One x-mas I did that. Threw about 12 pieces of chicken breasts with a whole bottle of Italian Dressing and cover it with aluminum foial.......And let cook slow. Falls apart........Yummy!
