When did sale forum changed? I used able to posed a sale. Now I have to have over 100 post to able to post an ad.

You should be able to post now.
I've seen people post in there with 3 or 4 posts.

I'm not sure what you would get that message, I see someone with 4 posts today in there.

Try logging out and clearing your cookies, and logging back in.
IDK if that would help, I just remember someone saying that to me when I had a problem.

everyone is allowed to get into the sales threads. everyone is allowed to respond to those threads. What the post count and time refers to, is fees. everyone is also allowed to post sales ads, just those that have not met the requirements, will be charged a fee to post.

You should have full access, are you sure you tried today? Have you updated your internet explorer to the latest?
