I bought about 17lbs of Dry from from BRS and it's be cycling in a rubbermade I'd say for 18 days. When would be a good time to add it to the tank?

Link won't load for me, but if it is dead base rock then it can go directly in the tank at any time as there is nothing in it to die off so no curing necessary and no cycle to worry about (that is if it isn't liverock). :)

It's dry rock that they call live Lol

Is it packaged like live sand in a sealed bag? Regardless, it probably will take some cycle time, I'd say since your adding it to an established tank, let it cycle a little longer say total 6 weeks. JMO but I'd rather play it safe in a situation like this.

Sounds good, It arrived clean as a whistle they advertise it as pressure washed etc. Nothing has fallen off of the rock as in old dead life matter or anything either. I'll wait a little longer.
