Well, I say that 3 x175w 10k M.H. + 2 6' VHO actinics would do the job very well...it would look great and be a great light with a reasonable amount of heat to deal with....
If you insist on keeping S.P.S. on the very bottom of the tank.....
I would get the same light except with 250w M.H's....
I would not recomend 400w Halides for that depth tank unless you are an insane S.P.S keeper/ which some people are.
