I need to make sure they sent me what I paid for

on the bulb it says:

REC LAMP MH-250W/TD
B L U E
MADE IN JAPAN
8G25

Doesn't say Phoenix anything on the bulb but there's instructions inside the box that say phoenix but no mention of K rating.

so if you guys could help me out that'd be great :)

I have that bulb and I believe it says Pheonix 14k. I'm not sure. It is in the fixture right now, but I am almost posititve.

The outside of my box has the same on it.
look inside the box for the instructions and they should say Phoenix.

That is a phoenix bulb. It doesn't say phoenix on the bulb. Should say the k rating I believe on the bulb though. I've had a couple 14k's.

Its exactly what Slag said. hopefully they are genuine.

Funny part of the story: I now have 1 phoenix 14000k, 2 XM 15000k, and 1 Oddyssea 15000k and the Oddyssea is the oldest but by far brighter than the rest!!!! much more shimmering happening under the oddyssea bulb!!!

All of my phoenix 250s said that on the box.

FWIW, brightness of a bulb doesnt mean anything in relation to Par. I recently tested color on five different bulbs. Beleive it or not, the bluest bulb was the strongest in relation to light output. The phoenix is one of the strongest 250 DE bulb on the market regardless of color.
