if you are using windows, download the image resizer power toy from microsoft.com, and it will be a matter of right clicking on the file and resize with 3 options. Makes it pretty easy!

hey bro, I use Ifranview, to batch resize 200 pics or more at a time so i can pass them along to my website:

imageshack.us gives you the option of resizing whenever you upload pictures. Free by the way.

the only problem with that is you have to first upload your 4mb file, before they convert it :/
