    I've always used sprayway glass cleaner and a microfiber but it doesn't always get the real baked on stuff. I'll have to give this a try!

    You could use a Reef Keeper Lite to control the temperature. The problem with the fridge is you are using air to provide the majority of the cooling and air is not terribly efficient at transferring heat.

    I'm inclined to agree with Herefishyfishy. With some imagination it could be a lettuce nudibranch but that would be a stretch, plus they are green not yellow and tend to have more ripples.

    RODI brands and things to look for..

    I bought the Puratek from Barrier Reef, it was kind of spendy but I've been getting a 1:1 waste water ratio and its rated at 100gpd but I think that is rated low. It has the booster pump and TDS meter, etc.

    skimmer help

    Toss it in saltwater and it will act the opposite once it hits its sweet spot. When they are dialed in if you block the air the water level in the skimmer decreases. It should work well, I've had pretty good luck with those Euro-reef RS series.
