Is 400watts too much for a 120?
I currently have a 150 gallon tank that is 29 inches tall and have 400 watt coralvue reeflux 10k bulbs over the tank. Millepora polyp extension
Thanks for the insight. I thought maybe I had something wrong because the coral looks like cousin IT for the Adams family. All fuzzy polyps and hardly any skeletal structure showing. Who believes in ozone?
How many hours per day do you typically run it? I have heard it is possible to strip out many positive things from the tank and making it to clean; is that true? Who believes in ozone?
A local store here in Boise Id. began using ozone in the tanks. Before he added ozone the tanks looked dark and average in clarity. Now that he is using it 1-2hrs a day the tanks look fantastic. Reeflux 10k vs 12k bulbs
I don't think they are too blue. I like the ice white color of them with the hint of blue. A fellow tank owner here in Boise just got some of them and they looked great. I know asthetics and what I perceive as great color are important, however I don't want to stop the growth of my corals...- skidclan4
