    yep Yes I am sure now that is what it says. I was able to get it in good light and read it. it is the AQ2250HQI and then below that it says 60Hz 120V 55X2 amps the lights with it are the double ended/bladed lights Thanks Travis

    more info Okay after some eye strain I can read the model of the ballast. AQ2250HQI from PFO they say this is a ballast designed to run Euro and double ended lights. Ansi code from your web link is a M80 so then I go to HBs site and they say that the bulbs are to be run on an HQI ballast...

    Thanks running the salinity at 1.024-1.025. When I checked it post h2o change it was 27 or 29 can't remember for sure. The thing is I noticed it right away so I didn't think much of it as I corrected it right away. kinda odd. Thanks for the ideas and the sock washing instructions. Travis
