    Red Scooter Blennies

    I bought a red scooter blenny and so far he is doing very well. Sometimes all you can see is his big eye sticking out of the sand :lol: My question is what does he eats? I have not seen him eat flake food or frozen brime shrimp. I'm afraid he might be getting hungry. Thanks, Kurt

    That is probably what it is since it looks alot like it. Are Tunicate harmful? Do they require special care? I have had the shrimp for awhile. I added the pic because I thought it cool how it blends in with the coraline algea.

    What is the best way to clean live sand surface? It is starting to darkening up and looking not as good as before.

    I have this green grass looking pods growing in my tank. It is on my glass (basically where the power head blowing on the glass) and it is in my live sand. It is not hairy algea, I know what it looks like. It is very little peices not big glumps, almost like little dots but with this green grass...

    Sand Bed on new tank

    I plan on using some sand sifting critters to help keep the sand clean. I'll be putting live rock in a few weeks. Will deep or shallow sand bed help the live rock? Also do you just lay the rock on the sand or do you push it down into the sand? Thanks

    Ok, I got my 30L up and running. I'm use live sand and it is 1 inch deep (40lbs of live sand) Is this enough sand for the bottom of the tank or should I put in another 15-20lbs?
