    You might have also shocked it with your light. I have 250watt 20ks...you are running 14ks....that difference alone could bleach it....just give it time and hopefully it will bounce back.

    You both are wrong....:) The monti is from tamarindthai.....and the bulbs I am using is 250watt 20k coralvues...... I would keep the monti middle of the tank with good flow. as long as your parameters are fine, then everything should be fine.....good luck with that piece.

    Pink boobies is also pretty expensive. They run from 200 per eye also...:)

    Still the same. I changed to XM 15k bulb. They are still reaching. Both AOG and Candy apple reds.

    Do you have the exact one? I saw this on Aquatraders. It is an Odyssey light. How are the T5 Actinics? Does it get washed out from the Halide Bulb? How is the color of the Halide Bulb?

    Barrier Reef stop selling the bulbs because they do not warranty them. I bought some coralvue 20ks. should be in the mail soon. hopefully that works. color won't be as nice.

    I have a 20k helios bulb running in a Sunpod. 150watts over a 20 gallon standard is overkill in my opinion. I might just need to replace the bulb.

    It looks like it is reaching for light. Kind of sucks because I can't really see the colors.

    I am guessing that I might have to change my bulb. I have a 20 gallon with 150watt halide. the zoas are reaching which I am not sure is normal. Here they are. armor of god on left and Candy apple reds on right radioactive dragon eyes

    I have a calcium reactor. No on th GFO No on the Heat.... thanks for the suggesstion....I did have a Mia's Pot of Gold favia in the near location. They don't reach out that far to sting do they?
