    OK I found this lil critter on a rock today...I never bought him or any of its kind of critter before so hoping hes not bad...I have him next to me in the same cup...hes pretty cute but looked maybe like a baby Nudi and don't know what kind....Just got some new stuff don't know if we missed him...

    Worm ID

    We have several of these in our tank as well...I reviewed the link with pics in it....I've never seen the "duster" end with tentacles come out tho...and by the "i wish I hadn't killed mine" comment they are a good thing?? or at least not a bad thing?? Thanks :)

    The joys of Cyanobacteria

    have you tried a "Phosban" reactor?? We had some red slime/cyano algea and after 2 treatments of "chemi-clean" not doing much, we got a Phosban Reactor and it cleared up everything really well :) Let us know what goes on :)

    Little white spots...Coraline?

    You know I have the same things in my tank!! We figured the lil orange "bubbles" were eggs of something...as they started to "pop open" but we have yet to see what has come out..altho I did notice an "unknown" slug lookin thing munchin on my beautiful Xenias..which are now gone :( dead mush...

    Eating Acropora

    wow and to think I was sad when I found the lil hermit crab who got lost outside in the new tank move!! I love my crabs...uh Marine crabs...If you knew he was a coral eater..why not just have moved him out in the first place?? :(

    What was that neat lil fish in the first set of pics?? Great shots!!....makes me want to learn to use my macro shot better..any suggestions as to a place for a good lens? For Canon S2 IS or something of that sort?

    Problem with flow, possible pump or plumbing?

    how can we tell?? and what would we do if we did have air?? bleh this is the doooowwwns of reef eh?! ALso there seems to be die-off/ cycling happening to the rocks in the tank..is that normal?? thanks, esears and payge :)

    Reef lobster

    Couldnt you bait him out?? I know it workd with crabs and such..to use a jar tipped at an angle with something yummy in there for it..I'm thinking he'd go for the easy target first right?? Put it next to his fave hole..or where you target feed him... GL!!

    Wanted to post this in a high traffic area as well.. help??

    He only had a strand on the other rock..more for reassurance it seemed...the hubby turned it upright it came right off for him :) He's now nestled in the sand! Seems to be doin ok..very reactive to movement/light thanks guys!

    Our Crocea clam was attached firmly on a ledge (for best lighting) and was doing well..til it inched closer and closer to the edge..we couldn't move it for it was attached and we didn't want to tear its byssal? Well sometime this morning it detached and fell..I can see frayed stuff on its old...

    What size do you think is best???

    If money weren't an option..I'd say at least 300g..with the 2-3ft width for fish room and rockwork and 24" deep..cause Im short lol :) Someday when I win the lottery, I'll be able to have a tank that big and the money for a "tank" man..someone to come and do all the maintenance on the...

    Thanks! ALso forgot we got a lot of mature rock From Josh locally as well as the Clown GOby, The biggest sally lightfoot I've seen and a few of the corals :) Will post some more pics.. And yep thats the sixline wrasse "it" sure is hard to get a pic of lol..she gets quite the belly when she eats...

    h.uhbaseA lil Fiji Premium..10lbs...45lbs reg base rock-think its Fiji-from Dr FOsters and Smith (online) and 2 pieces Jakarta ROck that is the whiter stuff you see, one long piece of Tonga branch (also Jakarta?) from Shark Reef..has encrusting Coralline on it already as well..totalling...
