    I have had my rose anomone for little over a month now, today i noticed a brown mucus like substance streaming from the center and it is all shrunken up. I can also see the center hole (mouth?) and a small hole next to it. I am curently feeding it ocean nutritions krill. picture of anomone...

    power outage

    due to the stong wind storm here in washington today my tank was without power for over 5 hours! I used two of my UPS battery backups for my computer to run the heater and powerhead. I was wondering what others do in this type of crisis?

    dr. b, maybe talk to a RO/DI expert? they should have the answer. Micro bubbles clear when all pumps are turned off. sorry about the problem, Must be fustrating!

    jsut wondering if you have new sand in your new tank? my water was a little cloudy when i didnt wash my sand really good. it went away though. good luck!
