    too much algea

    Is there such a thing as having to much algea in your refugium? I have a HOB refugium, and it is packed with algea. Should I trim it or something? It grows super fast.Wont be able to respond to any questions untill 3 am, after work. thanks

    I cannot produce thick skimmate with this skimmer. I get about a cup every 3 days full of green smelly watery skim. Is this a weak skimmer, if so what would you recommend to skim my 56 gallon.

    I some zoa's, yellow polypes and a flower pot in here so far. Im taking my time fillling here up. I want only what I like in it. It will take many years to fill.
