    remembering

I've been remembering today, too. It really hit home when my 6 1/2 year old asked why the flags were only half-way up today, and I did the best I could to tell her without making her afraid to ever fly in an airplane again. I still remember sitting there pregnant watching the second plane hit...

It was more than 20 years ago. You should remember because it was the greatest team in history. I had a life sized poster of McMahon (Jim not Ed) in my room, a Rozell headband, and the VHS or the SuperBowl Shuffle! I even have Dan Hampton's autograph :D

    Hand Soap

Hmmm - I wonder if you could make a white vinegar and water solution to rinse in. I'm also interested in what Lee has to say about this. I've occasionally used the vet sleeves with a latex glove over the hand. It helped to keep the seams in the fingers from leaking. It might be worth using...

    help with 125!!!

OK - I think this thread got a little off track. Are you wanting to make the overflows come out the back of the tank, as opposed to the bottom? Also, for flow, are you thinking of doing a closed loop? Let's get the plumbing squared away, before tackling the rockwork.

    CUC Advice Please

You want to stay towards smaller numbers, but you want a variety of snails. I would focus more on snails right now, as opposed to crabs. Which type of snails do you currently have? I would check out some of our sponsors for clean up crews. You can order snails from Premium Aquatics, Marine...

New Ballasts -- Chalice bleaching ???

Rollins, would you be able to move the chalice down? That would be my suggestion aside from the screens. Hopefully, they'll do the trick for you. Keep us posted!

    Barebottom Skimmer

I personally think it would be good. I just put a mesh mod on my Euroreef (non Recirc), and it is skimming even better. Just remember with a barebottom system, you need to make sure to get the detritus into the water column, so it isn't breaking down in the tank. With barebottom systems...

    Looking for this.

I used the Hayward Motorized Ball Valve with Omron timer on my tank to switch flow from side to side. Here is a link to the Hayward Actuated Ball Valves, and the timer I used on it Repeat Cycle Timer.

    AEFW or FLAT WORM?

Well, it's neither AEFW nor the "red plaria" type flatworm. Where did you find it, and is its body mushy (i.e. lack exoskeleton)? At first I thought it might be a type of isopod, but its end doesn't look like it. Let me know where you found it, and what it feels like.

    seaswirl broke, any ideas?

Let us know how the fix goes. I've never had an issue with my sea swirl and its a couple of years old. *knocking on wood*.....

Bi-colour blennies breeding, need some help please

The only additional information I can provide you is by pointing you to the MOFIB (Marine Ornamental Fish & Invert Breeders Association) website (link to a thread below), and go to the Blenny forum, however, I did not find any threads specifically for the rearing of the bicolor blenny (one...

    Purple Feather Gorgonia??

as1720 - are you talking about Muriceopsis flavida? If so, they are a photosynthetic gorgonian, so feeding of these isn't as demanding as other non-photosynthetic species of gorgonians. From what I could find, it seems like they do well with occasional feedings. Also, watch where they are...
