    Mp10ESw firmware update?

Hey Cy, I was wondering if you guys have an MP10 running the latest firmware version in the shop? Ecotech says the way I would update my firmware is to hold one of my drivers near another device which is current, and it updates wirelessly after running a update procedure. I bought these from...

    Katchupoy's 30g Cube Nano...

Hey man I have a diamond bit you could borrow. A few years ago Todd (disturbedreefer) and I drilled an oceanic 30 with no problem. Actually thick glass is more forgiving than thin. I can help you do it of your interested.

The new cube! 60g BB SPS reef

Thanks man. Sold the 210 and a vast majority of the corals. Kept small frags of everything, but a lot of it died in the transition. I've got a few things so I'm not bare, but am going to be on the prowl soon.

The new cube! 60g BB SPS reef

The few corals I did keep were under my prior LED lighting and then 400w halides while I was set things up, so I went straight to 100%. I think in all reality a Radion is close in par to between 175w-250w SE halide bulb. Probably no acclimation really necessary.

I'm running them at 100% for 5 hours and then drop the green, white and light blue LEDs before I get home from work.

The new cube! 60g BB SPS reef

I'm very happy with the lights. Its too soon to know how they compare for growth, but they are asteticly pleasing and very well designed. I am impressed with the software too. The top-off tank was a food safe food tub I found that fits in the cubby hole.

The new cube! 60g BB SPS reef

Thanks! It's actually only four rocks. No avalanches and if I ever need to dig around it won't be too much to just remove all the rock.

The new cube! 60g BB SPS reef

I decided to downsize from my 210, to a 60 cube. The idea was to have a smaller body of water, so that I could dose and test and do water changes on a much smaller scale. I am over the need to have every fish I've ever wanted all in the tank at the same time, and I wish to focus more on SPS...

    OK, Let's Talk Kalkwasser Reactors

The siphon will draw which ever has the least resistance and water is heavier than air. It's the same idea as guys who pin-hole lockline on their return so that it wont siphon during a power outage.

    OK, Let's Talk Kalkwasser Reactors

The air check valve would draw in air and break the siphon guaranteed. I did it that way with my ATO for my aqualifter. Mine was on top of a 55g drum and it still broke the siphon.

    OK, Let's Talk Kalkwasser Reactors

I rigged up something one time that worked. If you used 1/4" line, put a "T" inline and off the T connect one of those one way air check valves for air pumps to it. This was the water pumps thought the T and will not spray out the check valve, however when the pump stops, the check valve will...

    OK, Let's Talk Kalkwasser Reactors

The aqua-lifter siphon will continue after the pump shuts down, depending on placement of the pump in regards to height. I am not sure about this, but I had read the aqualifters tend to get plugged up pretty bad when running kalkwasser through them.

    Water from dehumidifier

Have you tested it yourself Michael?

    Dehumidification warning!

Hey man, you might want to get out of there. Some of that sounds like carbon monoxide sickness. I'm not sure if you have any appliances that could potentially fail and cause this, but I couldnt find info documented online about dehumidifiers or dangers from them. I would think if humidity...
